Police trespass and arrest a woman.

Filming cops who are public servants from your own yard while they are on public streets is not apparently uncalled for. When they tell you to go inside your house, which you have all rights to object to, it’s your land, you’d better obey them or you’re subject to being arrested for exercising your rights.
Then when people protest, the police find a vague law never enforced to give people tickets for. That’s petty and immature.
Yes the people TECHNICALLY broke a law by parking inches past the 12 inch legal mark but it seems pretty obvious to me it’s being used as a personal vendetta.

AAA to AA, not batteries!

Well I guess it was inevitable. The clamoring and incompetence of our government to make a plan that puts any sort of dent in our debt has lead to us being downgraded from a AAA to an AA credit country, which puts us in the same bracket as Japan, China, Belgium, and Qatar. To top it off they list our outlook as negative, which means we may likely be downgraded further.
This means our government will have to pay a higher interest rate to bond investors and the bonds are considered a riskier asset. Investors would instead likely look to the UK Germany, France, or Canada with their AAA ratings. A country that used to be near the top is now dwindling away into nothing.
The stock market took a pretty large dive the next day and has been creeping slowly downward ever since.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average plunged 634.76 points, or 5.55 percent, to finish at 10,809.85, well below the psychologically-significant 11,000 mark. The move marks the blue-chip index’s biggest point and percent drop since Dec. 1, 2008.
The S&P 500 plummeted 79.92 points, or 6.66 percent, to close at 1,119.46, its lowest close since Sept. 10, 2010.
Nasdaq sank 174.72 points, or 6.90 percent, to end at 2,357.69, its lowest close since October 4, 2010.

Freedom Under Fire

In 2008 it was planned by the bush administration that 20,000 troops would be moved into the US with the sole intent of “domestic response”. This could easily be construed to stop things like protests by flagging them as riots. The military is not made to police the country but to protect it from outside sources. We have the police force and other organizations for that. It also violates Posse Comitatus Act which has been standing for 130 years.
There have been many reports across the US of the military mobilizing all across the US. I for one have noticed a larger shipment of military vehicles by train and living near an airbase a lot more activity in the air as well.
All of this of course on the cusp of the new video provided by FEMA and Homeland Security depicting white domestic terrorists ,even outright fabricating pictures of “Jihad Jane” with blue eyes, and encouraging people to report suspicious activities such as filming the police, taking notes, forgetting your luggage or a backpack somewhere. These are all very serious things, there are terrorists around every corner out to get us and now they’re not just muslim, they’re white too! Everyone go to work, do your job, then rush home, it’s not safe. My favorite part of the video? “It’s not easy to put all the pieces together, and we don’t expect you to.”
FEMA is also well known for providing FEMA camps for the public with barbed wire on the inside to protect us, and making mass black plastic affordable FEMA coffins.
No need to worry though, FEMA has no real power unless we’re under a state of national emergency. National emergency can only be declared by the president in times of war and natural disaster. So no need to worry since there is no war in Libya. Airstrikes aren’t acts of war they are kinetic actions. But wait, none of that matters, because we have been in a state of emergency since 2001.
So what powers do the government and FEMA get at the drop of a hat?
Executive Order Number 12148 created the Federal Emergency Management Agency that is to interface with the Department of Defense for civil defense planning and funding. An “emergency czar” was appointed. FEMA has only spent about 6 percent of its budget on national emergencies. The bulk of their funding has been used for the construction of secret underground facilities to assure continuity of government in case of a major emergency, foreign or domestic.
Executive Order Number 12656 appointed the National Security Council as the principal body that should consider emergency powers. This allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and surveillance of U.S. citizens and would restrict the freedom of movement within the United States and grant the government the right to isolate large groups of civilians. The National Guard could be federalized to seal all borders and take control of U.S. air space and all ports of entry. Here are just a few Executive Orders associated with FEMA that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on record for nearly 30 years and could be enacted by the stroke of a Presidential pen:
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months. The Federal Emergency Management Agency has broad powers in every aspect of the nation.
It doesn’t stop there though folks. The number one group suspected group for domestic terrorism? “Disgruntled Iraq war veterans.” Once you’re processed through the war machine and they can no longer get any use from you they teach Explorer Scouts, children, to shoot you.
Welcome to the Police State.

There’s no use crying over spilt milk.

About a week ago the government decided to raid Rawesome Foods and Healthy Family Farms and charge THREE people with “conspiracy to sell unpasteurized raw milk products“. They arrived in full swat gear and made off with pounds of cheese and gallons of milk along with vegetables and fruits for some reason. They made their way into Rawesome’s and immediately snatched up the cash before destroying the store’s entire inventory.
Now call me crazy but I remember not even 50 years ago the milkman used to come and drop off the fresh milk that would keep for a week if cold. Why is it now a crime to sell fresh milk? This seems like another way for the government to flex it’s police state mentality.
In all fairness to the government though, terrorists could have been hiding in those blocks of cheese and containers of milk.

Moved Blog!

I just moved my blog over from blogspot to wordpress. Blogspot was becoming a pain. Connecting youtube, blogspot, and google accounts all to the same email was irritating. Some of these blogs will be a little out of date.
